Subscription Policy
Effective Date: December 20, 2025
This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, plan changes, usage limits, and refunds work for CrownOasis (the "Service"). This policy is legally binding and is part of and incorporated into the CrownOasis Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is any conflict between this Subscription Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

0. Key Definitions
To keep things clear, these words have specific meanings in this Subscription Policy:
a) "Plan" means a subscription tier and its included features, limits, pricing, and terms.
b) "Billing Cycle" means the recurring interval for payment (monthly or yearly), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
c) "Renewal" means the automatic continuation of your subscription at the end of a Billing Cycle unless canceled before renewal.
d) "Usage Limits" means plan-based caps such as AI website generations, page limits, and section limits.
e) "Add-ons" means optional purchases, overages, bundles, or credits if offered within the Service.
f) "Fees" means all charges you owe for subscriptions, add-ons, taxes, and any other amounts due under the Terms.
1. Plans and Included Limits
Each Plan includes specific limits and capabilities. Limits may include, without limitation:
a) Monthly and yearly AI website generation limits.
b) Maximum page limits per website.
c) Maximum section limits per page.
d) Feature availability (templates, publish options, support tiers, and other plan-specific tools).
Limits are enforced to protect platform performance, prevent abuse, and keep the Service stable for all customers. Attempting to bypass limits is a violation of the Terms of Service.
2. Billing, Authorization, and Payment Processing
When you subscribe, you authorize CrownThrive, LLC (directly or through our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for:
a) Subscription Fees, billed in advance for each Billing Cycle.
b) Applicable taxes, where required.
c) Any add-ons, overages, or other purchases you explicitly approve.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers (for example, Stripe Hosted and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when using hosted payment flows, but we may store billing-related metadata such as payment status, invoice IDs, and plan history for accounting, support, and compliance.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
a) If you are on a monthly plan, you will be billed monthly on the same or near-same date of the month, subject to billing system timing.
b) If you are on a yearly plan, you will be billed annually on the same or near-same date of the year, subject to billing system timing.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.
4. Trial, Entry Pricing, and Promotional Offers
If a Plan is offered at a discounted entry price, promotional rate, or limited-time offer, the pricing and terms will be shown at checkout or in-plan details. Promotions may have limitations and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
We may modify or end promotional offers at any time, but any changes will apply prospectively and not retroactively to amounts already paid, except where required by law.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support if self-service is unavailable.
a) Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically reverse charges already paid.
b) Unless otherwise required by law, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current Billing Cycle.
c) At the end of the Billing Cycle, your account may revert to a lower Plan (if available) or become limited to free-access features (if offered), and your ability to generate or publish may be restricted based on the Plan status at that time.
6. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
You can change Plans in your account settings if that functionality is available in your dashboard. Plan changes are subject to system rules and may vary depending on payment processor behavior and region.
a) Upgrades: may take effect immediately, and you may be charged a prorated amount, the full amount, or a calculated difference depending on the billing method and processor logic displayed at checkout.
b) Downgrades: typically take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle unless otherwise stated. If you downgrade, features and limits may reduce immediately or at cycle end depending on platform rules.
c) Plan Limit Alignment: if your current usage exceeds the limits of a lower Plan, you may need to reduce usage, remove content, or wait until the next cycle for limits to reset (where applicable).
7. Usage Reset and Non-Transferability
Unless otherwise stated in the Plan details:
a) Monthly limits reset each month on your renewal date or as defined by the system.
b) Yearly limits reset on your yearly renewal date or as defined by the system.
c) Unused usage does not roll over to the next Billing Cycle.
d) Usage allocations are not transferable between accounts unless we explicitly approve it in writing for enterprise operations.
8. Account Standing, Nonpayment, and Suspension
If payment fails, chargebacks occur, or a payment is reversed, we may take one or more of the following actions, consistent with the Terms of Service and applicable law:
a) Suspend paid features until payment is resolved.
b) Restrict publishing or generation features.
c) Place the account into a past-due state with limited access.
d) Terminate the account for repeated or intentional nonpayment or abuse.
You remain responsible for all Fees incurred through your account, including charges made prior to cancellation.
9. Refund Policy (Global, No-Refund Standard)
All sales are final. CrownOasis does not provide refunds, returns, or credits for subscription Fees, renewals, partial Billing Cycles, unused time, unused usage limits, downgrades, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.
This no-refund rule applies globally, regardless of country, region, or jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection law gives you a non-waivable refund right.
Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases:
a) Where a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction (for example, certain consumer cancellation rights, cooling-off periods, or statutory refund obligations).
b) Where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a billing error occurred that we can verify (for example, a duplicate charge caused by our system).
c) Where we are unable to provide the Service for an extended period due to a verified platform-wide outage, and applicable law requires compensation or refund.
Any permitted refund will be limited to the minimum amount required by law, unless we choose otherwise in writing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
a) If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution, we may suspend your account and restrict access while the dispute is investigated.
b) If a chargeback is decided in your favor, you may permanently lose access to paid features and any related credits or usage allocations associated with that payment, as allowed by law.
c) You agree to provide accurate information during any dispute process, and you remain responsible for valid charges not reversed by your payment provider.
10. Taxes, Currency, and Cross-Border Considerations
Prices may be displayed in USD or another currency depending on system settings. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT/GST, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or local authority.
Where required, we may collect taxes and display them at checkout or on invoices. If you provide a tax ID or exemption documentation, acceptance is not guaranteed and remains subject to verification and applicable rules.
11. Fair Use, Rate Limits, and Enterprise Access
Certain Plans may be marketed as high-capacity or enterprise-ready. Even on enterprise-grade Plans, we may apply fair use rules, rate limits, and abuse controls to protect platform stability and other customers.
If your organization needs higher limits than your Plan provides, contact support at contact@crownthrive.com to discuss a custom allocation or a written enterprise agreement.
12. Ecosystem Interoperability and Policy Alignment
CrownOasis operates inside the CrownThrive Convergent Ecosystem. Some subscription features and enforcement mechanisms may rely on ecosystem services such as identity, analytics, support systems, routing, and governance frameworks including the Cultural Imprint Engine, the Thrive Flywheel, and CHLOM-aligned compliance posture.
This means certain subscription states (active, past-due, suspended, canceled) may be recognized across CrownThrive systems for security, support continuity, and operational consistency.
13. Changes to Plans and Pricing
We may change Plans, features, limits, or pricing from time to time to improve the Service, protect platform integrity, or respond to market and cost changes.
a) Changes will apply prospectively.
b) If you have an active subscription, changes generally take effect at your next renewal unless otherwise required by law.
c) We may provide notice through the Service, email, or account notifications where practical or required.
